I have a question. I have ordered everything I need for my DWC system, and the nutrients I ordered are Aqua Flores 3-0-6 and Aqua Flores 0-4-3. Is this nutrients good for pepper plants seedling through fruiting or will I need something else?

I got off to a rough start with my first pepper plant in my DWC system. Eventually I worked out all the kinks (like not killing my seedlings lol). All seems to be working really well now. The only issue I have is this pink mold/algae growing on the lava rocks that I have used for the planting medium. Any idea what it could be or how to get rid of it? the plant its self seems to be doing just fine.

Not sure, never seen anything pink growing on my rocks, I have had algae through. It’s typical. You can get rid of it by mixing some H2O2 in your water. The algae won’t hurt anything, unless it gets crazy, crazy out of control.I’m not sure what you’re using as a plant medium either, I know you said lava rocks. We have clay pebbles in our shop, some like Hydroton, and we have Growstones, which are made out of recycled glass. I’ve found that the Hydroton had the least amount of algae growth. Once you get a little more experience you could also try growing in coco.
Also, super pumped to hear that everything is going good, and hey mistakes happen, they’re the best lessons!! 🙂
